Mr. Nishikant UpadhyayMr. Nishikant Upadhyay, a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience is having rich expertise in the fields of Finance, Accounts, Taxation and Audit. Mr. Upadhyay has been associated with Essel Group for four years and handled various assignments relating to Operational and process improvement projects, Management audit, review of controls, ERP systems, Corporate restructuring, outsourced Finance and HR services etc. in India and overseas.

Mr. Ronak Jatwala Mr. Ronak Jatwala is an Engineering graduate from Mumbai University and has done his master’s in management studies in the field of Finance and is further pursuing CFA Program. Mr. Jatwala has experience spanning across Corporate Finance – Fund Raising & Acquisition Financing, Strategy and Treasury amongst others in Promoter led organizations in various Industries i.e., Media & Entertainment, Education, Infrastructure, Lifestyle, etc. Mr. Jatwala has been associated with Essel Group since the start of his Career

Mr. Mukesh Jindal(DIN 02589636), Graduate from Kurukshetra University, Hisar, Haryana is an industry veteran with experience over 25 years spanning in Digital Media. Mr. Jindal has held various key positions over 2 decades in the group. Presently, Mr. Jindal is a Director in Zee Akaash News Pvt. Ltd. and is Vice President- Commercial Controller in Siti Networks Limited and also served the Head of Revenue Assurance Department in Zee Media Corporation Limited. He is responsible for close liaison with the marketing/sales department so that credit issues are resolved smoothly, setting up the terms and conditions of the receivable and payable balance, handle dispute bills etc. He is also engaged in various social activities including Child Labour, Drug Abuse, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan etc.

Mrs. Shilpi AsthanaMrs. Shilpi Asthana (DIN 08465502), a Commerce graduate from Delhi University, MBA from Sikkim Manipal University and Diploma in Industrial Relations and Labor Law from Symbiosis, Pune, is a Professional with experience in various facets of HR function including Manpower Planning, Industrial relations, People Management etc. During around a decade of work experience, Mrs. Asthana was associated with reputed Companies in Real Estate, Infrastructure & Project Engineering industry.

Mr. Manoj AgarwalMr. Manoj Agarwal (DIN 00590535), a Commerce Graduate, is a first-generation entrepreneur with hands-on experience in running and managing businesses. Mr. Agarwal currently manages his own Home Textile and Steel Trading business. Apart from business, Mr. Agarwal is also an active member of a charitable institute viz. Pranami Seva Samiti.
